Marg McGregor: Giving students a sporting chance


If you've got airlines teetering on the brink of bankruptcy, ask yourself the question, 'How well are they going to be able to finance the new investments in safety and security that we all know now have to be made?'

Law professor Richard Janda musing about the disastrous state of the Canadian airline industry. Janda suggests that a stable airline industry capable of servicing Canadians might not include Canadian-owned airlines. He was interviewed on the CBC's The National.
