I appreciated teachers with clear and concise presentations, who were able to explain complex subjects quickly and painlessly. I appreciated those who pushed students farther, training them to be capable of handling subjects in real life situations. I felt it was important to understand the big picture, to be able to distinguish between important topics and less important ones. It made a difference to know they made an effort to teach the best they could.

My teaching efforts have focused on everything I've expected from my teachers in the past. It gives me satisfaction to know that my students have walked away with real tools that they will use in their working lives. My personal challenge is that they excel at the workplace; think that I may have been partly responsible for their success.
